DDI / South Creek Development

The Southcreek Office Park development begun in April of 1993, with a "commitment to create an environment, not just an office park." In the early stages of development with just the second building completed, DDI reached out to Eva to provide art services. To ease any uncertainty and ensure satisfaction, owners, and brothers — Marshall and Vincent Dean — were involved in the selection process of artwork, placement, and frame. Their mission was to create a space where their clients feel at home, and the Southcreek Office Park to service that need in an environment that is both beautiful and comfortable. Over the course of the initial art consultation, uncovering the owners' goal they wished to accomplish with the space, and final installation, Eva Reynolds earned complete trust with the Southcreek Management Team earned which resulted in gained commitment to expand the project to the remaining buildings. The majority of the 18 buildings in the beautiful 140-acre development have three to five floors. Each building contains an average of around a dozen pieces per floor, both original and reproductions, installed with security hardware for safety. The commitment to creating a "home-like" environment required high attention to detail with the intentional placement of artwork in both high traffic areas and private spaces for a welcoming atmosphere. The partnership continues for twenty-five years and corporate dealing expended to assistance with their personal art collection and cherished friendship. Take a walk down the DDI Hallway.
